The shape of the work has changed just as much. Single-service bookings have given way to recurring, contracted engagements — daily staff transport, standing shuttle operations, annual events — which means a substantial share of our activity is now committed rather than opportunistic. At the same time, our service range has widened from transport alone to transport, event organisation and equipment supply delivered together, so that a client who came to us for a bus now comes to us for the whole event.
The 2024 incorporation formalised what the operation had already become, and gave the company the structure, governance and financial footing to bid for larger and longer contracts. That is the platform we are building on now.
